How do I request an appointment?

Do you take insurance?
We do not bill insurance. Primary care is self-pay, and behavioral health and opioid use disorder services are free of charge.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes, for patients located in North Carolina at the time of the visit. Many visits, including behavioral health and follow-ups, can be done by secure video. In-person visits are at our Fayetteville clinic.
What is medication-assisted treatment (MAT)?
MAT combines FDA-approved medications with counseling and support to reduce cravings, prevent relapse and support long-term recovery from opioid use disorder.
